SCULPTURES

SCULPTURES

I do my sculptures in varying materials. I like the tension between my paintings and the three-dimensionality that fills the room with a sculpture.

SCARRED

SCARRED

In 2019 I had surgery on my cheek because of a severe, but harmless skin cancer. The surgery was hard and I ended up with 50 stitches and an eighteen cm long scar. I discovered that it felt good to process my traumatic experience through my art.

THE POETRY OF EVERYDAY LIFE

THE POETRY OF EVERYDAY LIFE

Everyday life... and to find the beauty in the simple that is right around us. Every day. My fascination with moments, details and moods turns into poetic reflections of people and our everyday life in my paintings, often in an encounter with nature sometimes in an unexpected meeting.

PUBLIC COMMISSIONS

PUBLIC COMMISSIONS

It was a true honor to do the public commission to Tallbackaskolan. I wanted to highlight play and painted a series on the theme of hide and seek and I also did an installation "You Can Do It".
